Ti' Punch Cocktail Kit

The signature drink of the island of Martinique, made with their beloved Rhum Agricole (cane juice rum), this represents one of the Caribbean's great drinking traditions. Made up of a hefty measure of Rhum alongside a bit of sugar cane syrup and the tiniest pinch of lime, it drinks as somewhere in between a kind of lush, tropical old fashioned and a sophisticated, spirit forward daiquiri. Traditionally consumed at room temperature to savor every last bit of the grassy, aromatic rum, we think it's also pretty stellar served over a large ice cube, not unlike an old fashioned.
