Upcoming Tastings Calender
Saturday November 23rd 1-4PM Isle of Harris Spirits
- Isle of Harris's smooth, complex and refreshing spirit captures the maritime nature of its island home. Made in the small village of Tarbert, every drop is distilled in a small copper gin still known as 'The Dottach', before being bottled and sealed by hand.
Saturday November 23rd 4:15-6PM Jettywave Spirits
- Jettywave Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Half Moon Bay, a hidden gem that embodies the spirit of the California coastline. With a focus on using locally sourced ingredients, we produce a range of high-quality, small-batch spirits. Visitors can enjoy tastings, cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for both spirit enthusiasts and those seeking a taste of coastal California's charm.
Saturday November 30th 1-4PM Lalo Additive Free Tequila
- Each bottle of Lalo is 100% pure. The tequila is distilled only twice to maintain the integrity of the agave, and add no flavors or additives. The ingredients are only agave, yeast and water to honor the complex essence of agave.
Friday December 6th 3:30-6PM St. George Spirits
- Spirits created in their laboratory that push the limits of creativity. The goal is to make spirits that are different and better than stuff that’s already out there. By working with unusual ingredients, they push the limits of craft distilling - and create some remarkably fun spirits along the way.
Saturday December 7th 1-3PM Lost Republic Whiskey
- The second edition of Argonaut's "The Claim" blend brings together brandies made from Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Emillon, Barbera, Colombard, Grenache, and Zinfandel, all mined from Argonaut's rare aged stocks by master distiller Rita Hansen. Aged between 15 and 40 years, they come together to make something utterly unique. What you will find is a truly claim-worthy spirit, deserving of its own place in history.
Saturday December 7th 3-5PM Lost Republic Whiskey
- Lost Republic Distilling Co. was founded by Colin Harter and Matthew Weese in 2013. Growing up best friends in Sonoma County and being surrounded by beautiful vineyards and terrain, the two had a vision of creating California’s craft brown water and the spirit that goes with it. At Lost Republic, they aim to deliver some of California’s highest quality craft whiskey.
