Chinaco Blanco Tequila, $31.50 - Bottled within 30 days of distillation this is a fresh, clean taste that is followed by funky notes of brine an minerality. It is layered aromas of pear, quince, dill, lime and aloe, and smooth, fresh and bright flavor also make this a tequila worth savoring on the rocks.  The master distiller is a woman, which is nearly unheard of in Agave. She is a total badass who happens to also make incredible tequila. 

Mosswood Scotch Barrel Whiskey, $45.50 - 9 year light whiskey aged an additional 6 months in a Scotch barrel. What's it smell like? Cocoa, salt water taffy, green apple, honey, basil, lemon, strawberry, and chamomile! What's it taste like? Butterscotch, lemon cake, brine, vanilla ice cream, delicate smoke, and barley tea!  Mosswood is co-helmed by Therese, a lady whiskey maker who's never met a distillate she didn't improve. 

Koval Dry Gin, $36.50 - Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry, yet vibrant - clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper with a round, floral body. Crisp enough to enjoy straight, and excellent in cocktails.  The woman of the couple behind this brand built Koval into a leading teaching institution for burgeoning distillers, she also makes a mean gin. 

Spirit Works Wheat Whiskey, $59.50 - Made from California grown, organic, Hard Red Winter Wheat and aged in new American White Oak barrels. Nose of butterscotch and tobacco, palate of graham cracker and caramelized sugar, cocoa nib and vanilla on the finish. This amazing wheat whiskey is made by Ashby, 1/2 of the power couple behind Spirit Works, who has a deep passion and impressive palate for whiskey and it’s intricacies.  

Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro, $24.50 -  Sweet citrus fruit with hints of ginger, flowers and spices, supported by cinchona bark and bitter roots. Adds refreshing fruit flavors and crisp bitterness to a variety of cocktails. Pairs with sparkling wine, bourbon, rye whiskey, and spirit forward drinks.
