Willett 8 Year Wheated Bourbon

Distilled by Willett from a mash bill of 65% corn,  20% wheat, and 15% malted barley, this whiskey was aged at least 8 years before bottling at 108 proof.  The nose opens with scents of caramel, cinnamon toast, and milk chocolate with some light fruit and oak underneath.  The palate follows the nose closely, opening with sweet cinnamon and caramel flavors with white grapes, raisins, and sweet oak in supporting roles.  A medium-long finish features chocolate, raspberry, and caramel and invites you to take another sip.
