The Camposano family has been practicing artisan distillation in Chile for five generations, with wine made from hand-picked Pink Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria grapes from the little village of Tulahuén, at the foot of the Andes. The wine is distilled only once in pot stills, and blended with the fresh mountains’ waters that irrigate the Tulahuén terroir. The master distiller heats the stills with wood fire and cuts in small batches to have more control over the final product.
Bright and clean, the nose resembles a fresh, minty breeze, with notes of white flowers, stone fruit, pear and strawberry. In the mouth a delicate violet and light ginger notes are layered in, smooth with good structure and spicy notes that provide more complexity and a long, delicate finish.
