No Scruples Daiquiri Cocktail Kit

From Kiowa Bryan at Spiribam we got the idea to put a dash of dry sherry in our Daiquiris and call them the “No Scruples Daiquiri.” This delightful little number takes the unmistakably grassy, beachy, fruity character of a Martinique AOC Rhum Agricole, made from fresh cane juice instead of Molasses, and balances it with the equally inimitable character of Spanish Amontillado sherry. The dry, oxidized, nutty notes of the sherry create a rich interplay without weighing the drink down in unwanted sweetness that a liqueur or vermouth would add. Unscrupulous, but not unscrumptious.
