Fusetti Bitter

From Milan's Dripstillery, this modern aperitivo is made with several bittering agents, including the expected Gentian, but also quassia bark, cinchona, and even chinotto, the bitter orange peels that make the delicious sodas of the same name. The result is a fantastically rounded and citrusy bitterness that is deepened by a variety of proprietary spices and botanicals. It's an aperitivo that drinks exceptionally well on it's own, but we can't resist mixing.
