Fox & Oden Double Oaked Bourbon

Fox and Oden Double Oaked bourbon begins with a blend of MGP sourced bourbons (both the 21% rye mash bill and the 36% rye mash bill) aged between 8 and 15 years.  This fantastic base is then further aged in a second new charred oak barrel before bottling at 99 proof.  The nose is rich with scents of dark chocolate, tobacco, caramel, and oak.  On the palate, dark caramel notes blend with chocolate and oak before baking spices bring some savory balance.  The finish is long and strong with dark chocolate, leather, black pepper, tobacco, and oak.
