Entre Manos Blanco Tequila
Jaime Villalobos Sauza, a fifth-generation Maestro Tequilero of the storied Sauza family and the rising young star helming Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitán, the historic birthplace of tequila. For this unique collaboration, Jamie chose to center on the production methods of his grandparents and the generations which came before them, using only three ingredients: agave, water, and ambient wild yeast. Every batch is fermented spontaneously, and thus will show subtle variation in each release. For the time being, the team has chosen to focus on the origins of the spirit, producing only unaged tequila: a classic modern blanco at 40% ABV.
Slow baking provides unique aromatic notes and great concentration of flavor with all the essential notes of a great Tequila Blanco. Slow ambient fermentation results in a Premium Tequila with more body, robust and full of unique aromas that only occur in the terrior of the distillery.
