Worthy Park White Overproof Rum

This first of its kind Jamaican rum is a blend of traditional molasses distillate and fresh cane juice distillate made from Worthy Park Estate's own cane, grown onsite in St. Catherine Parish, Jamaica. Expect freshly cut sugarcane on the nose, with grass, papaya, and fermented pineapple; ripe fruit lingers long on the palate with underlying vegetal notes. A perfect marriage of agricole-esque rum with classic Jamaican molasses funk. Bottled at the traditional Jamaican Overpoof strength of 63% abv.
