Knob Creek 7 Year Rye Whiskey

Knob Creek's excellent flagship rye whiskey now carries a seven year age statement.  Distilled from a high-corn mash bill and bottled at 100 proof, this sweeter, "Kentucky" style rye shines as a sipper and a cocktailer.  The nose gives notes of vanilla, butterscotch, cinnamon coffee cake, and a touch of black pepper spice.  On sipping flavors of vanilla cream, cinnamon, brown sugar, and black pepper give way to a sweet cinnamon and leather finish.  Tasty, versatile, and reasonably priced, Knob Creek 7 Year Rye is one of our bar staples.
