Clement Sake Cask

The base profile is unmistakably Agricole, and unmistakably Clement. Softly grassy and juicy sweet, the underlying Agricole character is brought out beautifully by the casks. The Sake finish leans into the brightness and seaside elements present in cane juice, with a pronounced citrus and lychee note that adds as much acidity as it does sweetness. Aged for four years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for one year in Sake casks. Bottled at 59.6% abv.
