Chinotto Soda is a carbonated soft drink produced from the juice of the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree. It's appearance is similar to Cola but less sweet, having a bittersweet taste.
Mix it with gin for something that resembles a negroni soda. With rum or tequila, it starts to get tropical. Cynar and Chinotto makes for a funky and wonderful time. Or try with Aperol or Limoncello for a fresh aperitivo.
