Peychauds Aromatic Cocktail Bitters

A key ingredient in the Sazerac cocktail, this gentian-based bitter is lighter bodied than other traditional aromatics, with a sweeter and more floral taste alongside a healthy dollop of liquorice and hints of cherry, clove, and nutmeg.  Adds beautiful color and aromatics on egg white cocktails.
