Proof Cocktail Co's take on this beloved Tiki drink isn't quite classical (they put their own spin on it, but maintain the proof and character), but it hits a home run all the same. It's a blend of West Indies Silver Rum, American bourbon barrel aged rum, curaçao and organic almond Orgeat, with freshly squeezed lime, a touch of orange juice and just a hint of pomegranate grenadine.
