Farallon Blackfruit Gin

Gin Farallon Blackfruit combines the traditional juniper with black plums and baking spice.  It stands up strong against even the most assertive ingredients in cocktails, especially ones with fruit or citrus.  Distilled by Coastal Spirits in San Carlos, CA and bottled at 43% ABV.

Cardamom dominates early, herbaceous juniper becomes prominent mid-palate. Pine facets linger on the finish, with hints if distilled sloes, unsweet berries, lemon rind and a touch more cardamom glow.
