Booker's 2023-04 "The Storyteller Batch" 127.8 Proof Bourbon

The Storyteller Batch was aged for 7 years 2 months and 29 days before bottling without chill filtration at 127.8 proof.  The nose invites you in with scents of coffee cake, vanilla, caramel, and charred oak.  On the palate, a thick and oily mouthfeel brings intense flavors of caramel popcorn, peanut, brown sugar and vanilla.  The finish balances the sweet palate with some earthy charred oak which joins the brown sugar and lingers for minutes after the sip is done.
