Sweet Gwendoline This unique gin is named and designed in honor of the character of the same name created by beloved Fetish Artist John Willie, immortalized in the pages of Bizarre Magazine in the 1940's and 50's. The gin is infused with Figue de Solliès, a variety of fig grown in the South of France. A sweet entry, it develops with juniper, pear, green apple, and pepper notes. French white wine provides a unique, round finish with hints of citrus. Sweet Gwendoline French Gin is delightful and bewitching in both our classic and new drink creations. 

Citadelle Gin is half revival, half innovation: the revival is a recipe based on one of the first gins produced in France at the “Citadelle.” The innovation is the where and the how. Maison Ferrand Distillery and the SW corner of France is best known for its Cognac, instead of letting their stills sit idle during the long offseason when they legally couldn’t distill Cognac, they decided to make gin! The finish is what sets Citadelle Gin apart: really bright, a touch sweet and strongly aromatic: cardamom, angelica, nutmeg, a wide array of baking spices which melds into zesty licorice on the finish.

Le Gin from Calvados producer Christian Drouin and taps into the expertise of a family of craft distillers to create a gin for connoisseurs while incorporating 30 apple varieties.  8 botanicals were chosen from the aroma universe of Calvados, all of which would best balance, complete and enhance the juniper and cider apple. Creating harmony among these 8 was done by adjusting the recipe and settling on small batch production, with one botanical distilled at a time to obtain the best possible blend.
