Hemingway Daiquiri Cocktail Kit

Few celebrities have given us such an enduring cocktail legacy as Ernest Hemingway, both through his writing and his reputation at the bar. None of his favored intoxicants have aged as well as his take on the Daiquiri, as served to him at the El Floridita in Havana. A dry white rum is emboldened with a touch of Maraschino liqueur, and the lime is bolstered by the key addition of fresh grapefruit juice. We also like to add a touch of gum syrup for texture.
