With its delicate green olive flavors, soft hints of salt and notes of mustard, sage and thyme you can add Mediterranean aromas and a subtle, workable hint of savoriness to just about anything. It's the perfect match for earthy terroir driven white spirits like Mezcal, Rhum Agricole, unaged brandies, and savory gins. Of course it's great in a Dirty Martini, but we also love it adding a layer of depth in a Venetian spritz.
