Lustre Lemon Drop Zero Proof Cocktail

The Lemon Drop, also called the Lemon Drop Martini, is one of the once condemned 90's "tini" creations that has found new love among bartenders in the 2020's alongside the Espresso Martini. This alcohol-free take on it shows a depth of botanical and citrusy complexity, using Wilderton's "Lustre" as a base, which provides a lively core with a refreshing blend of orange, tarragon, and lavender. Lyre's "Orange Sec" stands in for Triple Sec, and a in a delightful spin, a lemon spiked cocktail sugar is called on to rim the glass.
