A decidedly bitter, robust, and vegetal take on the Carciofo style made famous by Cynar, this takes that profile, removes some of the extra sweetness, and dials the whole thing up to 11. Based on an infusion of 3 different kinds of artichokes, cardoons, grapefruits, and 18 selected roots and herbs. The medium-high bitterness level was designed to craft savory cocktails like rum negronis, americanos, and more. Bottled at 23% abv.
