Ron Pelacañas Blanco Mexican Rum

Made at the scenic Hacienda El Carmen in Jalisco, Mexico, this rum is made from 100% fresh pressed sugarcane juice, estate grown in the shadow of Volcán de Tequila. With traditional open wood fermentation, copper pot distillation to 55% abv, Pelacañas is intensely fresh, bold, and balanced. Notes of truffle, succotash, steamed cane juice, dried mango, bitter greens, and pulque. 

This core unaged expression is bottled at 44% ABV for wonderful flexibility in cocktails. Enjoy it ineat, over ice, n a classic daiquiri, a rum and coke, or even an espresso martini.
