Veso Miso Sweet Vermouth by Evie is a limited-release, umami-forward sweet vermouth produced by Veso in Sonoma, California, in collaboration with digital cocktail creator Evie. It achieves its signature salty-sweet profile by infusing both red and white miso, which are balanced by the additions of tart cherries, orange peel, cane sugar, and burnt caramel. Traditional botanicals like wild cherry bark, chamomile, and angelica root provide the necessary herbal bitterness. While originally inspired by the concept of an ultra-savory Manhattan, this versatile aperitif can also be used to add a savory twist to a classic Negroni or simply enjoyed on the rocks.
