Sylva Hazel is an aged, non-alcoholic dark spirit created by Seedlip founder Ben Branson under his new United Kingdom-based venture, Sylva Labs. Moving away from traditional imitations of whiskey or rum, this innovative drink focuses entirely on the unique flavors of British native trees, using sonic maturation and vacuum distillation to blend hazel leaves, silver birch, oak, and rye. The resulting flavor profile captures the transition from winter to spring, offering complex layers of freshly cut green wood, soft stone fruits, dry citrus, and warm, smoky undertones.
