Burrito Fiestero Joven Cenizo Mezcal

Produced in Durango from 100% Cenizo (Agave durangensis), which matures for 12 years before being harvested. The nose offers fruit and floral aromas with a hint of smoke. The palate is fresh and bright with notes of tropical fruits and subtle earthiness. Excellent when sipped neat, but shines in a spirit-forward cocktail like a mezcal negroni. Fantastic value for a spirit with such complexity.
