1792 Bottled in Bond "B&B Select" Single Barrel Bourbon

A Bitters and Bottles exclusive, this barrel of Barton's 1792 was bottled without chill filtration at 100 proof. Despite being a single barrel from a single distilling season, this lovely bourbon drinks more like a meticulous blend. The nose opens with classic bourbon notes of rye spice, caramel, French vanilla ice cream, and leathery oak. The palate mirrors the nose deliciously, with sweet caramel and vanilla transitioning into spice oak and tobacco. The finish leaves notes of leather, molasses, black pepper, and sweet caramel.
